Zamawiaj\u0105c je w Wi\u015ble pocz\u0105tkowo nie spodziewa\u0142am si\u0119 wy\u017cej opisanego dania, jednak by\u0142a to dla mnie z pewno\u015bci\u0105 mi\u0142a niespodzianka. Zdziwieniem (czy wr\u0119cz szokiem) mo\u017cna nazwa\u0107 dopiero reakcj\u0119 moich &#8222;wsp\u00f3\u0142towarzyszy&#8221;. Oczekiwali oni potrawy, do kt\u00f3rej przywykli i byli wr\u0119cz oburzeni, jak kto\u015b m\u00f3g\u0142 im poda\u0107 pospolite ZIEMNIAKI, odmawiaj\u0105c ich dalszego jedzenia.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">To by\u0142 moment, niestety jeden z wielu, w kt\u00f3rych trac\u0119 wiar\u0119 w ludzko\u015b\u0107. Zalewamy zimn\u0105 wod\u0105, solimy i gotujemy oko\u0142o 5 minut &#8211; cie\u0144sze nawet kr\u00f3cej, ko\u0142o 2 minut. Odcedzamy, wyk\u0142adamy na blach\u0119 i doprawiamy sol\u0105, du\u017c\u0105 ilo\u015bci\u0105 s\u0142odkiej papryki i kurkumy, odrobin\u0105 chilli. Oregano dodajemy w trakcie pieczenia, by si\u0119 nie spali\u0142o. Kropimy frytki oliw\u0105, ewentualnie dodajemy kilka z\u0105bk\u00f3w czosnku.<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">Pieczemy oko\u0142o 20-25 minut w piekarniku nagrzanym do 200 stopni.
